    Complete the recovery

    Pennsylvania Treasury reviews the claim and pays the approved claimant directly. Any fee owed to me is paid separately under your written agreement.

Services begin only after a separate written agreement identifies the property, scope, fee, and payment terms. An inquiry creates no fee obligation or authority to file a claim. Recovery and timing are not guaranteed.
